Services Provided to Governmental Agencies

GIS information is provided to all governmental agencies within Mineral
County!

The Addressing Coordinator by agreement with the Mayor and Council of
all municipalities within Mineral County, (Carpendale, Elk Garden,
Keyser, Piedmont and Ridgeley,) will provide addressing and mapping
services as well as recommendations to improve the addressing and road
naming scheme within each municipality as may be requested by a Mayor
an Council in addition to the below listed services..

ADDRESSING & MAPPING SERVICES:

1.   Complete inventory of new and existing roadways within Mineral            
      county.      

2.   Complete inventory of all known habitable structures within the county.

3.   Continuous updating of addressing and mapping data..

4.   Fire Boundary mapping by response area.

5.   EMS Boundary mapping by response area.

6.   Identification of Emergency Service Zones (ESZ) for improved                
      response.

7.   Providing address information to the County Clerks Office for Voter      
      Registration.

8.  Working with the County Assessors Office

9.  Coordinating Information concerning new construction with the County   
     Planning Office.

10. Working to provide G.I.S. Information to all County & Municipal           
      agencies.
